The
Helix Systems Monitoring Agent allows us to monitor your system’s health in real-time, and receive up to date alerts regarding relative events. The agent allows us to keep your computer up to date with the latest Mac updates, as well as third-party application updates. The agent event monitoring enables our team of engineers to proactively take action before you even realize there is an issue. In some cases, this agent will allow us to provide your system with an antivirus solution, centrally managed and monitored by us. The agent also allows users
to submit
Service Requests, and allows us to provide remote support.
